About Action B
Action B is a Dublin-based studio working with small and medium businesses across Ireland and beyond. We help founders, marketing leads, and operations managers tackle the three things that tend to slow growth: a brand that doesn’t match the ambition, operations that creak under pressure, and admin work that piles up until it breaks something.
The business is run by Benjamin Carpenter, trading as Action B (the registered company is Innovation Assistance Project Co Limited). We work with a small number of retainer clients at a time so every engagement gets real attention.

Discovery
Every engagement starts with a 30-minute discovery call and a written proposal within 24 hours.
Delivery
Retainers run on a weekly cadence with a monthly review. You always know what’s shipped, in progress, and queued.
Tools
We use modern tools including AI where it earns its keep — but nothing leaves the studio without a human eye on it.
Who we work with
Our sweet spot is businesses that have outgrown DIY but aren’t ready for a full agency. Typical clients are founders with a team of two to twenty, or marketing and operations leads inside established SMEs who need a capable extra pair of hands.
